How are orders shipped and can I return products?
We offer fast shipping from Finland. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, and within Finland shipping is free for orders over €60 (otherwise €4.90). We offer a 14-day return policy from the receipt of the product. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging.
What is Madowwn's jewelry warranty policy?
All Madoww jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty. If a manufacturing defect is found within the warranty period, we offer a repair, replacement, or refund. The warranty does not cover wear and tear from normal use, but if the jewelry has defects due to a manufacturing error, we will gladly take care of it
