All Madowwn jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty. If a manufacturing defect occurs within the warranty period, we offer a repair, replacement, or refund. The warranty does not cover wear and tear from normal use, but if there are any defects due to manufacturing errors, we will gladly take care of it.
2. Return Deadline
The return must be made within 14 days of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot process returns.
3. Return Conditions
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

5. Uncollected Shipments
If the customer does not collect the delivered order, we reserve the right to charge a €10 handling fee. Uncollected orders will be returned to us, and the amount paid for the order, if applicable, will be refunded to the customer, minus handling fees and potential shipping costs. The refund will be made to the original payment method, and the customer will be notified via email about the return processing.
