Welcome to Madoww! All orders are shipped from Finland, and we aim to get your jewelry on its way as quickly as possible.
1. Processing Times and Delivery Methods
We normally process and dispatch in-stock items within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.
For deliveries within Finland, we use Matkahuolto. For international orders, including deliveries to Germany, we use shipping providers such as PostNord and UPS.
Shipping providers and available delivery methods depend on the destination country. Matkahuolto is used for domestic deliveries in Finland and is not our delivery service for orders shipped to Germany.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, selected shipping method and carrier. Any exceptional delivery times will be communicated separately.
Orders placed on weekends or Finnish public holidays are normally processed on the next business day.
Available delivery methods, shipping costs and estimated delivery information are provided during checkout.

We only ship to destinations currently enabled in our online store. The availability of a language version of our website does not necessarily mean that delivery is available to the corresponding country.
The free shipping threshold for Finland is calculated based on the order value after applicable discounts.
All shipping costs are displayed before you confirm your order.
3. Payment Methods
We accept a range of secure payment methods, including:
Payments are processed through providers including Shopify Payments and Paytrail.
Available payment methods may vary depending on your country, payment provider and order. The options available to you will be displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed securely and are subject to the terms of the selected payment provider.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.
You can use the tracking link to follow your parcel through the relevant carrier's tracking service.
Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are correct when placing your order.
5. Delivery Delays and Shipping Issues
We aim to deliver all orders within the indicated delivery timeframes.
If your order is delayed, lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@madoww.com.
We will investigate the issue with the shipping provider and fulfil our obligations as the seller under applicable consumer protection laws.
If delivery is significantly delayed, you may be entitled to remedies under applicable law, including the right to terminate the purchase contract where the legal conditions are met.
6. Uncollected Parcels
If you are unable to collect your parcel, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Failing to collect a parcel does not, in itself, constitute withdrawal from the purchase.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected and no notice of withdrawal has been submitted, we may claim compensation for actual and reasonable shipping and handling costs, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Returns
Returns sent from Finland are free of charge when using our Posti return service according to our instructions. This applies regardless of the language used when placing your order.
Customers returning items from Finland can submit a return request through our online return portal.
For returns sent from Germany or any other country outside Finland, please contact us directly at info@madoww.com for return instructions and the return address.
Customers returning items from outside Finland are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, except in cases involving defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
Online purchases are subject to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Customers may also exercise their statutory withdrawal rights through our online withdrawal function, regardless of their country.
